Chiang Mai, Thailand

Allison relaxing a moment next to her favorite temple in Chiang Mai.
This guy was CREEPY. There was more than a few of these "wax" monks throughout the temples in Chiang Mai. As I examined the "reproduction" I kept expecting him to return to life.

One of the oldest temples in Chiang Mai. The top section of the structure was actually taken by an earthquake years ago.

This little girl was helping her parents feed the many monks and other tourists throughout the day. Allison thought she was really cute, especially when she nervously said, "hello" in english.

oh please eat fabulously fresh spring rolls for me each day! i would live on them if i could. love the photos and remember to take a day to do nothing if possible. the temples are so lavishly decorated; your photos bring back memories of them in malaysia. i’m sure the people are extremely friendly, and generous.
